Refund and Returns Policy
We want our customers to get the best products. If you change your mind about your purchase or are not delighted with it, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us an email to info@cbdvitae.com or a letter sent by post concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may deduct from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss results from your unnecessary handling.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than
- (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied
- (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
- (c) If no goods were supplied 14 days after the day we were informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; otherwise, you will not incur any fees due to the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day you cancel this contract with us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
PLEASE NOTE:
We kindly ask you to avoid damage and contamination of the goods. The original packaging is not essential to effectively exercise the right to return the products, but please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.
Replacement of damaged or faulty goods
You must examine the goods on arrival. If an item is delivered damaged or faulty, we will refund the full purchase price, including postage and packing.
If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us by email at info@reakiro.com without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights. However, in doing so, you help us assert our claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
Alternatively, at your option, we may replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).
Ensure the goods are packaged safely and securely for their return to us. Once you have agreed with our customer service, send the goods back to our warehouse address: Reakiro Poland sp.z.o.o., ul. Oświęcimska, 54, 41-400 Mysłowice, Poland.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or replacement item and to recover the return delivery cost from you if the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery, has been used, or has signs of use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Return costs are non-refundable, provided that items delivered are damaged or faulty.
